    Great suggestions. Being 2018 I decided to get my health in check. Well, I THOUGHT I was going to but after 3 days I was back to eat donuts and cake.

    After reading your article I think I’m going to focus on a balanced diet rather than “crash-dieting”, where I fail and give up within the first 5 minutes.

    Gaining weight is a process that requires monitoring activities for weight gain daily. One needs to learn the changes in weight in relation to what they did and ate to cause the change. If you see that you did a certain routine for a week and you gained weight, stick with it. And as your body weight levels off you know it is time to tweak your routine
